Very helpful staff! My mom had a new bathroom glass shower door put in without an issue. They sent great employees to do the work. We stopped by the showroom to ask questions and they were helpful. It’s hard to find a place that has good employees , but here you can’t go wrong!

I highly recommend Abbey Glass. I had 3 lovely Anderson windows that had moisture inside the panes and fogged up. Abbey glass came out measured, gave me an estimate of several hundred dollars rather than thousands given by Anderson and soon after, Matt came out to replace my fogged up windows with beautiful clear double paned glass.  What a difference.  The windows look lovely and it is a pleasure looking out to see the views again.  Abbey was professional, prompt and very competitive and the installer Matt, was very friendly and helpful and explained his work to me.  I also learned that Abbey does screens , locks and shower enclosures,  so now I know where to go for replacing screens on my many windows.  I will be back for sure.  Abbey saved me thousands of dollars and I got the windows I hoped for. Thank you Abbey Glass for providing such professional and skilled service.

A quick thank you for your outstanding customer service! I called late last week to request a service call for a shower door that was not properly opening or closing. This morning Clint showed up on time and with a great attitude. He diagnosed the problem and corrected it in short order. Clint was not only professional, he was neat and courteous. I had a great experience at Abbey Glass Co. They were very professional and went out of their way to make sure my repair was financially feasible. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I got quotes from 3 other local glass places and the prices were almost double and the people who came out were in and out. The tech from abby glass took his time and did all kinds of measurements and was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I did not at all feel pressured to go with them either like I felt with the other companies. 5 star rating!!!!

I have used Abbey Glass for multiple issues and have always been given the best service.  I had to have 32 windows reinstalled because the previous company went bankrupt and Abbey stepped up and insured the reworking/installation and I have not had a problem since.  Also, used them for my daughters new home purchase to replace and Anderson window glass and seal and they gave me options to lower the cost etc.  Shirley is awesome!

We brought our window sashes in to order replacement double pane glass. They took the measurements and ordered the glass. It took a little longer than promised, but that's not really under their control. They let us know that the glass was in, we took our sashes in and they did the replacement right there.

This is a good, high quality glass shop. The Staff are extremely well trained and quite accommodating. They are an excellent trading partner for my Home Improvement business. I've found then to be honest, quite knowledgeable and reliable. They also hold a key location in Wareham that is extremely locatable and accessible right at the South end of the Route 6 divide and thus is easilly entered from either direction. Occasionally they deal with my customers directly. Never once have i had any sort of problem even with the occasional "problem" customers invariably present in any customer base. They are always professional and respectful. Often they will present myself or my customers with an option I wasn't aware of thus saving us all money. Abbey Glass is my go-to vendor for all my glazing needs and supplies.
